Processing Details:
Antibodies to native, double-stranded DNA (anti-nDNA) are found in up to 60% of patients with SLE, in almost all cases of lupus nephritis, and can be found in rheumatic diseases. The titer of the anti-nDNA may decrease with successful therapy and increases in acute recurrence of the disease.

Screening performed at 1:10 dilution.
Titers performed - 1:20, 40, 80, 160, 320 and 640.
Method:Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA)
